iPhone 6 Reportedly Releasing in September in Two Sizes – IGN
Apple’s iPhone 6 will release as early as September in two sizes, according to a recent report.
Nikkei reports that the iPhone 6 will come in 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch versions, which are both larger than the 4-inch screen of the iPhone 5S. In addition, the new smartphone’s display resolution will see a significant boost from current models.
Photos of the purported iPhone 6 leaked last month, showcasing a larger screen, an ultra thin bezel, and Touch ID. And rumors about the new Apple smartphone sporting a bigger display popped up earlier this year, with reports pegging the size at 4.8 inches, which is close to the latest information.
Along with news about Apple’s iPhone 6, there have been numerous rumors about iOS 8 over the past few months. Reports suggest iOS 8 will focus on fitness and overhaul the Maps app. Stay tuned to IGN for all the latest on iPhone 6 and iOS 8.
